Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Return Label

  Once approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label and include the original packing slip inside your package.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your tactical gear in its original packaging and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned items for quality assurance, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
